We Impart Learning to Impact Lives

Since 2004, we have been offering internationally recognised Certificate and Diploma courses in English teaching from The London Teacher Training College (LTTC), UK. We have run more than two hundred TESOL/TEFL classes since we started. We are the longest-running LTTC-approved centre in Singapore: 21 years and counting.

We are registered with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG). Impart Learning Centre Pte Ltd. Registration No.200409733M.

Brian K Pereira

Principal /Manager

Academic and Examination Board • Full Time Teacher

Modules taught:

  • Certificate in TEFL – All Modules
  • Diploma in TESOL – All Modules

Mr Pereira has been teaching the TESOL course for the last 21 years. He has had extensive experience and will always try to make his lessons as practical and as enjoyable as possible for his students. He has a B.A. in English from the Singapore Institute of Management; Dip in Management from the Singapore Institute of Management, Dip Audio Engineering, Cert in TEFL, TESOL MA award.

Rajkumari Chelliah

Academic and Examination Board • Part Time Teacher

Modules taught:

  • Certificate in TEFL – All Modules
  • Diploma in TESOL – Module  3  (Lesson Planning)

Ms Chelliah has been teaching English for more than 25 years, both locally and overseas. She ensures that the students are given the greatest help in achieving their best in their studies.She has an M. Ed. (Education) from MU,B. Ed. (Education) from Bharathiar University,B.A. History and English from the University of Madras,British Council Certificate in TESOL,Dip in Effective English and Business Writing,ICS (UK).

Najman Bin Hussain

Academic and Examination Board • Part Time Assessor for TEFL & TESOL

Mr Najman has been with Impart Learning for the past 17 years. He has an M.A. in English (TESOL) and a P.G.D.E. (Secondary). He is a very patient and friendly man.
